I provide consultant physician services to ASIH teams — specialised symptom management, medical assessments and clinical supervision. Three board certifications in palliative medicine, general practice and occupational health give a broad medical foundation for advanced home care.
Get in touchASIH — Avancerad Sjukvård I Hemmet (Advanced Home Care) — is specialised care delivered in the patient's home instead of in hospital. It is aimed at seriously ill patients with complex care needs who wish to spend their time at home.
ASIH teams consist of physicians, nurses, assistant nurses, physiotherapists, counsellors and other specialists. The team works around the clock and offers the same medical quality as a hospital ward — but in the safety and comfort of the patient's home.
Many patients cared for by ASIH have palliative care needs, but ASIH also encompasses advanced medical treatments such as intravenous antibiotics, parenteral nutrition, infusion pumps and other interventions that would otherwise require hospitalisation.

Licensed physician with three board certifications
With board certifications in palliative medicine, general practice and occupational health, I have a broad medical foundation well suited to the complex reality of ASIH practice. Experience from both hospital care and primary care enables me to see the whole patient and collaborate seamlessly with other care providers.
I believe that advanced home care can deliver the same — or better — medical quality as hospital care, while allowing patients to remain in the environment where they feel safest. The strength of the ASIH team lies in combining specialist competence with genuine human presence.
